Christie has over 23 years of legal experience, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009. She has developed a broad background across conveyancing, wills and probate, and legal insurance, before returning to her first area of practice in property law.
Christie now specialises in residential conveyancing, acting for clients on a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, equity release, and buy-to-let properties for both individuals and limited companies.
With both professional and life experience, Christie understands that buying or selling a home can be one of the most valuable yet stressful transactions clients face. Property matters can often arise during difficult periods in life, such as separation, bereavement, or major life changes. Christie prides herself on being approachable and supportive, working closely with her clients to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Christie enjoys building strong relationships with her clients and is proud that many return to her or recommend her services to friends and family.
She values the opportunity to meet clients face-to-face and is happy to offer in-person appointments where possible. Christie also provides independent legal advice appointments at short notice and can arrange home visits for equity release clients when required.
Outside of work, Christie has a passion for vintage culture from the 1920s to the 1950s. Her love of the era is reflected in her home, fashion and music, and she enjoys attending vintage festivals whenever she can.
