Conveyancing Assistant – Kenilworth
A vacancy has arisen in our Property Department in Kenilworth for a Property Assistant. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a law firm within a property department and a good understanding of the conveyancing processes.
Day to day you will be involved in a busy workload, ensuring that all conveyancing transactions are handled in a professional manner, supporting clients and liaising with 3rd parties. You will assist the lawyer with running cases from instruction to completion, involving both leasehold and freehold residential properties. Good communication skills, accuracy and a can do attitude are essential for this role.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 35 hours
