Kay is the Head of Coventry Conveyancing and has over 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing. She became a Conveyancing Executive in 2002 and joined Penmans in 2020, where she has become a highly valued and trusted member of the team.
Kay deals with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and all forms of property transfers. She has extensive experience in shared ownership transactions, as well as unregistered and new-build properties.
Kay also advises on auction property purchases and can attend auctions held in Coventry if required.
Kay understands that moving home can be both an exciting and stressful time. She works hard to ensure transactions progress as smoothly as possible, keeping clients regularly updated and providing realistic timeframes so they can plan their move with confidence.
Outside of work, Kay enjoys going to the gym and travelling.
