Philip joined Penmans Solicitors straight from school in 1977, working firstly at our Kenilworth office as a trainee Legal Executive. He worked his way through to sitting his Law Society exams, qualifying as a solicitor in 1990. Philip moved to the Coventry office in 1986 and was a Partner/Member from 1994 to 2023. Philip is now a valued Consultant Solicitor and is the Head of the Residential and Commercial Property department across the Practice.
There is nothing more important to Philip than to provide an excellent and efficient service to his clients and professional contacts. Philip has a wealth of experience in all types of property transactions, both residential and commercial and also acts for a number of small and medium sized developers.
Philip can be seen doing a 5km run most mornings before going into the office and he is an avid supporter of Stoke City FC!
