Samantha has been employed by Penmans for twenty years, following her father’s footsteps into Law and the field of Personal Injury. Samantha qualified as a Legal Executive in 2008 and obtained Fellowship of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2013. In maintaining her area of specialism, she offers many years of valuable experience as a Personal Injury lawyer.
Samantha is a member of APIL (the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
During Samantha’s career she has pursued a wide range of claims on behalf of people who have suffered injury and loss. Samantha acts for people who have sustained injury at work (Employer Liability claims), or in a public place (Public Liability claims) and as a road user, including pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists and uninsured and untraced motorists.
Samantha says: “Many of the clients I have represented have suffered significant and life changing injuries and loss. I work with rehabilitation providers and medical experts and strive to achieve the maximum recovery and/or a definitive prognosis for my clients. I am thorough in my case work and will work with my clients to explore all the ways the injury may have affected their life, including their ability to work and provide for their families.”
Samantha also acts for people who have been the victim of physical, psychological or sexual assault and abuse. Samantha provides representation for criminal injury compensation claims (CICA). Samantha can advise on eligibility for the Criminal Injury Compensation Authority and provide clients with full support throughout the process.
Samantha works on a “no-win-no-fee” basis and is happy to talk to anyone who has been injured and would like to consider a claim for compensation.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys days out with her young son and spends time with her large family in Coventry.
