Sarah is a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate and is accredited by the Law Society as a Children Law Specialist. She has over 15 years’ experience in representing parents, grandparents and other family members in relation to Children Act matters. Sarah is a keen advocate with a sympathetic approach and passion for obtaining the best possible outcome for the client.
Sarah represents clients during the pre-proceedings process under the public law outline and through any subsequent child care proceedings. Sarah has a particular interest in this practice area and is committed at supporting clients through one of the most difficult times in their lives.
Sarah regularly represents clients with learning difficulties and has represented clients where there have been complex and serious issues such as child death, serious injuries, sexual abuse, parental alienation and international elements.
Sarah has experience in relation to Private Law Children matters, negotiating arrangements for children when their parents have separated and representing victims of domestic abuse, assisting them to secure orders for their protection.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
