Tracey Dovernor has over 30 years of legal experience, having qualified as an Associate of CILEX in 1995. She specialises in residential conveyancing and began her career working with leading firms in Yorkshire before relocating to Oxfordshire and Warwickshire in 2019 to take on a Head of Department role.
Tracey has extensive experience across all aspects of conveyancing, including unregistered land, freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership, new build properties, and lease extensions. She is known for her practical, hands-on approach and prides herself on being accessible to clients, regularly meeting them both in the office and at their workplaces to provide clear, straightforward advice throughout the process.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys staying connected with her family, who are based around the world, often catching up via FaceTime. She also has a keen interest in property renovation and enjoys working on house projects in her spare time.
