Simon Sharpe

Simon is a trained Civil & Commercial Mediator approved by and registered with the Civil Mediation Council.  A solicitor with over 32 years’ experience, he presently heads Penmans’ Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury team.  From his background in civil litigation he has many years experience of dispute resolution.  He understands the frustration of parties unwilling to commit to a lengthy and expensive court litigation process and sees his role as  a mediator is to facilitate resolution between the parties.

Living and working in the Midlands, he is ideally placed to provide a nationwide service.

As a trained mediator he can look at the whole picture and help the parties towards a resolution of their issues.
