Occupiers liability

Premises should be safe for all visitors.

All occupiers of premises have a duty of care to all visitors to ensure they are not at risk while on their premises.  This applies not only to the risk of trips and falls by you but to things that they are responsible for or provide like furniture, doors, lighting and goods stored or on display.  If something falls on you (rather than you falling) then the occupier of the premises can be liable if they did not take reasonable steps to avoid the foreseeable risk of injury.  Over the years we have dealt with numerous accident claims and a variety of circumstances where the property owners have not foreseen a risk or taken steps to prevent an injury.

So, if you have suffered an injury when visiting somewhere then you may have a right to claim compensation. We can help you on a No Win No fee basis.
