Businesses as usual.
With the Government’s latest announcement to deal with the Covid -19 crisis we, like many others, are remote working.
It would be naive to think that this will not bring some disruption to the level of service that we provide, but we would like to assure people that, as far as possible, it is very much “business as usual”.
A number of our staff have been classified as essential workers under Government Guidelines and our priority has been to have the infrastructure in place so that they can continue working.
To all our existing clients we would say; please bear with us if there are a few hiccups during this transition period. All of our caseworkers together with key support staff are homeworking and we have systems in place to provide the backend support for them to continue. Whether the rest of the world is equally prepared we will find out as time goes by and it may be that we cannot progress as we would like because of issues elsewhere; but we will continue to work to protect your best interests and progress your matter.
To potential new clients we say simply, please contact us if you need our help. You can contact us by phone, email or through the links in this website. We will do our best to help and even if we cannot progress immediately we can at least set things up for when the world returns to normal.
Finally, a message to everyone; please keep safe, look after your own health and we will see you all on the other side.
