We don’t know how many of our clients read the Coventry Telegraph but on their website last night they published an article where under the headline “student accommodation approved for old offices site” they printed a picture of… our Coventry office.
Can we reassure everyone that it is very much business as usual at Penmans. The proposed development is to the rear of the existing buildings and involves the demolition of a small office annex in an adjacent car park (which had been vacant for at least 10 years). The building adjacent to our office fronting onto Queens Road has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment and there are no plans affecting that building or our office.
The strapline under the photograph of our office “office block to become student apartments” might have led people to think that we were moving but we are not. If you want to see the article then click here. It is nice to see they published a photo taken on a sunny day.
