One of the favourite ‘DIY’ documents, appear to be Wills. Various formats can be downloaded or even bought off the shelf. Easy? – Yes. But simple?- No!
Rules and regulations change all of the time and if a Will is not deemed valid by the Probate Registry then, your wishes will not be upheld and instead your estate will be governed by a standard set of laws, known as the Intestacy Rules.
