Penmans is continuing to expand its mediation presence in Coventry, with the appointment of Claire Bracegirdle and Pete Colby. Both will bring complementary skills to the team, sitting alongside Simon Sharpe, who has a strong litigation background.
Claire joins us with a long history as an experienced counsellor and brings a unique understanding to conflicts between people. She is committed to remaining impartial throughout the mediation process to guide people to a successful resolution of their issues.
Whereas, Pete’s background is in industry and his focus in particular is in workplace mediation. His experience in commercial human resources means that he is ideally placed to understand and deal with disputes of this nature.
